Yeasen’s PNGase F is a high-purity, His-tagged amidase enzyme recombinantly expressed in yeast. With a specific activity of 100,000 U/mL, it efficiently cleaves high mannose, hybrid, and complex N-linked glycans from glycoproteins.

This enzyme specifically targets the amide bond between the innermost N-acetylglucosamine (GlcNAc) and asparagine residue, converting asparagine to aspartic acid upon deglycosylation. Ideal for complete removal of N-glycans from antibodies and related glycoproteins, it’s widely used in protein characterization and quality control.
